“Over many years relying on Tripadvisor/Viator in many locations, this was the first certifiably terrible experience. It was supposed to be a mangrove tour (which we had done before with a different tour operator so we knew what to expect) but we never went into the mangrove. Instead 90% of the time we were towed in our kayaks by a Jetski. One kayak sunk and the Jetski had to be replaced because it became partially submerged. It was windy the day we went--it would have been much better for the tour operator to simply cancel the outing if it was too windy and/or tide conditions didn't permit paddling in the…”
